Cradling The Mind In A Millennium Society
During Black History Month. I will be discussing some of the medical conditions, which seems to affect the African American communities at an alarming rate, such as HTN (Hypertension) Diabetes (I &II) Kidney Disease, and Gout.
These questions I will explore as to why those particular medical conditions seem to plague that segmented population. Could it be an inactive lifestyle, hereditary, stress related inducers, or lack of exercise, consumptions of toxic food choices.
And focusing more on mental health related issues that seem to be at the forefront of my concern.
There seems to be an uprise of mental health cases that I am seeing, without no known etiology.
If you suffer from any form of mental illness, now will be the time for you to find better coping mechanism stress, seek a counselor, who would be better tailored to properly diagnose and also treat.

I thought I will humbly commensurate Black History Month with some medical concerns that I feel are necessary to discuss in general, to shed some light on the key to a life of longevity.
Sometimes change for the better of the mind and body could be just a modification in lifestyle changes, a poor diet, lack of exercise, or simply the denial of seeking medical care.
I would like to find the answers to these questions.
