Quiet memories through the departed
History comes alive in a graveyard
Birds find sanctuary among the tombs
Faded epitaphs from centuries back
Wild vines wrapped around crypts long ago
People need to respect one another
Loneliness on earth will follow you down.

Your descriptive lines made this a very interesting write. Not too dark or morbid, thankfully. I like how it reads matter of factly, actually. Adding the vines was perfect, by the way. A sort of clinging, without saying it.
