TELLING MYSELF THE TRUTH
Remember Polonius' advice to his son
in Act 1, scene 3 of Hamlet, "To thy
own self be true"?
My personal application, along
with the application of others,
is it's not only hard to tell yourself
truth but to admit the truth that's
lingering in the heart and soul levels.
This relates especially to sexual
and intimate truths related
to self (not others), such as
a thought or desire:
"To experiment."
"To give it a try."
"To taste."
"To ask."
"To be honest"
"To dare."
"To confess."
"To stop excuse making."
TODAY I am not only telling
myself the truth but daring
to activate it.
