Winter's Charm
Winter's breath arrives, a silent chill descends,
Snowflakes dance, a ballet from the sky descends.
Gazing through the window, a sight unfolds,
A quilt of cotton, nature's story it holds.
The air is crisp, a willowing whisper floats,
Within the hearth, a fire crackles, it gloats.
Externally inviting, a cold, yet splendid sight,
Nature's grandeur unfolds, a soulful delight.
Yet the warm abode, in its humble guise,
Exudes calm, a refuge where stillness lies.
World may beckon with grandeur, a vast expanse -
Yet, in the hearth's glow, love finds its dance.
