Q: how would you describe your overall mental state?  
 
A: awful.... there's no amount of talking that'll change that....  
 
Q: why do you feel that way?  
 
A: solitary confinement is the best possible outcome that i see for my life....with that said, the dark side of solitary confinement is taking a toll on my mind....  
 
Q: how so?  
 
 
A: the carnal aspect of the human mind.... disconnected from the way of "society", out of place, endless need to escape....  
 
 
Q: what's a day in your life like?  
 
 
A: .... I don't want to leave my bed. I do the bare minimum. mentally, I've died a million times over.... physically? I'm worn down....  
 dragging my bones from one day to the next....
