“i have no meaningful
way to justify my beliefs”

let’s stop using
the god excuse:

last refuge of a person
with no answers
no evidence
no argument

if rights were god given
(a god of love)

it wouldn’t be right
to carry weapons meant to kill

wouldn’t be right
to hoard resources

wouldn’t be right to
rape and pillage

wouldn’t be right
to ostracize
to marginalize
to demonize

if rights were god given
all people

would have the right
to protection from

hatred
bigotry
violence

if rights were god given
all people

would have the right
to meaningful work

to accessible healthcare

to a roof over their head
and some food in their mouth

rights are man made
so let’s be smart

let’s eliminate
the god excuse

let’s subtract god
from the equation

let’s make it right
