counting stars
it all
began
seemingly
innocent
enough,
that great
task,
to go
outside,
to count
the stars,
ones
that wait
just above
my head,
these pleasures
woke up
the moon,
it became
happy
woke up
the sun,
but he
was not
happy,
and now
waiting
on his
jealousy
to run
its course,
i will
get back
to counting
more stars
when
the sun
again
relents
his sky.
