I never thought I could fall in love, was the furthest thing from my reality
I never bought into fairy tales, relationships built on emotional frailties

Author's Note
My attempt at a song for Blackpink. They are a K-pop group with a specific style, and I don't do Korean, so this would be more for an American version of the group. It's unfinished, as I'm sure they would want changes and I'm fine with that. I threw in a simple rap, but I didn't spend a lot of time on that, and rap is not my strong suit.

It would be nice, but I've not submitted it. I'm an old man writing songs for my pleasure only. Wish I'd started sooner, then I'd have the energy for failure. lol.

They probably wouldn't do a love song, as a k-pop girl group they have kind of a fierce, kind of anti men relationship with their fans, but if they did do one, I think this one would be possible.
