Just feeling this overwhelming
Sense of gratitude
For everything
Flooding forth
Every observation a way of a doorway
[Standing upon
A tree -
Open palm upon a sound
Of silence
Written
Upon the bark]
Upon everything a mark
A symbol
Into
Which to embark
[Become lost]
In the opening
Of
The dreaming
Of
The meaning

Making turkey tamales & turkey enchiladas...
(With potato salad, macaroni salad & some kind of egg thing...)
Deviled eggs.?.
I have hired a private chef...
Twill be good...
Also the pumpkin pie and whip cream...
On a side note...
Susan, I am getting my flexibility back.!.
I can't fuckin believe it...
I did a bunch of hills and sprints, broke my body...
But it healed back and I can do like: Matrix movements.
It's totally bad ass...
Like taking a dip in waters of healing...
I can do yoga now.!.
I mean, go deeper into it...
Was watching yoga video...
Would be cool to do like at least 20-30 minutes a day...
I have made up my own asanas...
Cipheric yoga tai chi Ka-razy...

But its like...
So...
I am writing about masochism...
And...
It's like...
I will just stand in a corner of the house...
Holding very still...
Tight...
Tightening...
Imagining I am in a monastary
based upon the paradigm of pain...
But I will just stand here, hardening myself...
My stomach is shrinking and tightening...
My arms, limbs...
Tightening...
Like I could just punch a hole in someone's face....
Or absorb a winter in Siberia...
And this physical aspect is coinciding with...
The Great Work...
It is always been and will always be: The Great Work.
