No place like home
In the hills up high, I stand alone,
Lost and searching for a place to call my own.
My life feels heavy, burdened with strife,
Missing my kids, longing for their light.
No one to shield me, no one to hold,
In this emptiness, My heart feels cold.
wondering what's God's plan,
Is this my destiny, to wander in this land?
Even in darkness, a light of hope,
Whispering gently, helping me to cope.
For every trial, there's a purpose unknown,
Guiding me through the wilderness I've known.
Though I may feel distant, my spirit in despair,
God's love surrounds me, reminding me He cares.
My strength grows, as I find my way,
Through these hills, I will rise again someday.
