    this is it; this is the outlet where one expresses the deepest underground "poetic" depth-of one's mental rolodex.... this is the place where I come to show where one stands-one's line in the sand....   pouring out all that one can....      
     
     saying it aloud as well as Journaling it down; it helps in the moment like weed or a bottle of crown; but....here it is.... where could runners truly go? where can we really retreat-when one comes to know how this human experience/condition is like being trapped in a cold avalanche of snow?!
