Because You Loved Me, I am Alive .........(ver.2)
…...ten days flat on my back
I captured a fleeting glimpse of the pearly gates..... and I felt somehow
that I would not be coming back
And as beautiful as those heavenly gates appeared
nothing
beats
your
smile
the wind whispered your name
and I gently closed my eyes
and the thought of you tempted the fates
you “gave me the kiss of life”
and once again I am alive
and now “I'm coming back just to give you my love”
feeling the sublime warmth of sunshine,
awakened by the morning dew
holding you close
doing everything that I can do
to make you smile again
and make our love brand new
to loose the ties that bind
helping you leave the things that vex your soul
somewhere far behind
to hold you in my arms
to make you feel safe
pleasing your mind, body and soul
saved of your amazing grace
