Anomaly
So intriguing
Yet so misleading
You mask yourself amongst an infinite number
Of life’s most magnificent wonders
I am tempted to go near you
But I have every reason to fear you
Your gravity is so strong I could not exit
Hell even light never left it
You used to be a beautiful star as I reckoned
Where your affection like photons
Would strike me at over 70 million kilometres a second
But all that has collapsed upon itself
To something incredibly dark
So a journey back to you
I shall never embark
