I haven't seen you for a while.
It's been good weather around here.
A sun that burns the exposed herbs
in parks and gardens...

And in the depths of our eyes.

I've been trying to find out about you
and the things you've done...
Your days of freedom and my broken heart.
I've been trying to forget what I know about you.

And deep in my eyes.

I've been trying not to shed tears
or give an image of being weak...
I have tried and failed.

And I disappear in the background of all eyes.

I've been trying, I swear to you,
I have really tried...

And failed!
