A Walk down Memory Lane
It was in those days
when the world was adorned
with lights of wishes and hopes
with dreams of achieved ambitions
It was in those days
when hearts were radiant
with so much love to give
when heartaches were not so painful
that I walked with you in spirit
travelling on your paths
lighted your own ambitions
briefly forgetting mine
those days yes when skies were blue
and the midnight skies harbour so many stars
our walk were tapestry knitted of joy
our days together in vibrant hues
