Fantasies

being held
down by
strong hands

being bound used hurt
for another’s pleasure
not because it is deserved

but because it is wanted
desired
needed

to offer up body mind soul
in devotion pain and suffering
so sweet it defies description

unable to define describe quantify
others call it ‘sadomasochism’
but that is inadequate

not the right word at all
‘perversion’ even worse
in its cruelty its judgment

persistent
buoyant
exuberant

potent
seductive
inevitable

language inadequate
perhaps unnecessary
nothing stops the want
