Common Sense
…isn’t common to me.
I once ordered a BLT
and on tucking in
saw that it was just LT.
So when I said,
the guy that was left
made me a sandwich
so stuffed with B
that it was like Sheol for pigs,
my mouth. And I got the meat sweats
for my afternoon shift
not thinking I could wrap one half
and put it in the fridge.
My brain’s like that.
About as impulsive
and reckless as God’s.

And of all the meat you could eat too much of, pork is the WORST! Same for a Saturnian lesson; it's not one too soon forgotten. :)
