As I stared an AI-generate photo of myself at age 50, this question began to haunt me. I still don't have an answer.

Generally, I always think it's a bad idea to go there. We're always gonna feel naturally disappointed with our age. Anyway, AI cannot generate the exquisite and/or beautiful worry/smile lines we will have gained as 'lived in' proper human beings, living in this real life. What you have generated here is merely just a robot without the emotion. Quite frankly, who needs that, right?

I might suggest keep the picture but, keep living your life healthily and if you get to 50 you'll be able to see who wins - Mother Nature or AI. Probably beware of using AI like crystal balls, ( which from my faith perspective I regard as deceptive).
