Well said! Unless those labels read Gucci, Channel, Yves Saint Laurent…all others are just cruel and judgmental. I’m so exhausted with pigeon holing humans into categories. It’s so dehumanizing. Wonderfully insightful piece. H🌷

To stereotype or immediately slap prejudgement on anyone only makes yourself seem small and incredibly uninformed (to say it far too nicely) There's so much said within your senryú and poem within a poem that so many people out there should stop and let penetrate into their own psyches...

It's not really about the amount of 'likes', RL lists adds, reads or comments... it's all about what YOU feel and believe about your work.... period. You've every right to be proud of your talents, and you definitely should be. These other measurements are all smoke and mirrors, Colin. It's nice to hear and see but you are the only one to determine your worth. (A gentle reminder not to be too too hard on yourself because you're so very worthy.... lol)

I suck at rhyming but I was trying to say something along the lines of when you judge a book by it's cover and choose not to take a look that it's your loss because perhaps it would be the best book you ever read. It's so easy to make quick judgements but you can lose out on so much. Those who are the most different often are the most beautiful... And those who suffer the most have the most wisdom.
