Inspiration can come from conversation  
Sporadically, too  
Here are thoughts that flit all day  
Free for you to use  
I cannot give a poem  
Just something to muse    
So here we go I'll write down what I can without further adieu  
   
The word provocative, how it can be misused
The effects of such misuse  
The discounting of children's views on identity by grown obtuse  
... This applies to any other truths they may observe, too  
Disdain among the older when confronted with questioning youth  
   
The disconnect between two ages, one leaving, one new  
Or are there three?    
What does one think of longevity from a eugenics point of view  
   
And always

What of the weak?  
What of the purpose for those built strong  
Those who speak in universe  
Blessed with wisdom unknown  
What are the implications when one is gifted above others    
What responsibility do they hold over the future they control over another?  
If one is aware of their beauty and power  
Should they know the innocent is not one to devour?  
Munchausen, obsession, manipulation of a mother  
What happens to the song bird when they sing for another  
   
Is this a playground  
Where it doesn't matter  
Is it nihilistic to believe that nothing matters?  
   
Is reality really what is happening when we feel  
How much DNA dominates bioreaction and what is real  
How this shapes safe walls that can do more harm than heal  
A debate on primal instinct spoken as absolutes, revealed  
   
When laying within pooling ink demanding linear musings  
I cannot take a single more request    
It is confusing  
To ask for inspiration  
I cannot fathom what you mean  
Flittings of what incense me  
When absent a muse
