I remind myself that I was cultivated a loving being
That I can love many beings at one time

Of which I then especially ignore

Author's Note
Man I can love you in a minute and I don't mean that in an unsatisfyingly sexual sense. As I stand today, I acknowledge I love more than one person and that is okay :) I don't believe in monogamous pairings. In fact, I find them quite selfish.

I wouldn't say never, but convention is definitely not the only option, nor should it be. Too much guilt for the commonplace to play with and weaponize.

You accept it as your way. No problem. For others (no concern to you) they see a big moral problem with this.............(though maybe one or two of them possibly have a mistress or two in the closet............

I agree. Morals lol. The very basis one should scrutinize with every waking minute, yet is still so seemingly absolute when it comes to love and how it should be coveted. Ha. I feel for those who feel shame or hide their polyamory. It's a half life forced on many because people are too damn sensitive to understand that they may not be the center of anyone's universe at this moment in time. With the millions walking around, lonely and creative, awaiting to open doors one may not even have ever noticed before, how selfish and self centered is it, to think one person is meant to be bonded solely to you. People need to get real.

There's never one mold for everyone... and thank God for that. I would loathe a cookie cutter world and fully appreciate individuality.

If you are happy, that's all that matters. Can there really be too much love? I believe in monogamy, but have high respect for you. And your poem really got my minds wheels turning, there is real depth in this write. 🤗
