death
came overnight
in an estranged package

inertia

a silent purgatory
strangling strands of vibrant vocal chords
existing only inside one's head
stuck to the bed...like skin vs Velcro

next stop

depression

the ethereal blanket
that smothers inspiration's fireflies
air snuffed out

only to inhale
a bunch of
filibustering nothingness

see

the mind/trickster is at it again
luring you down a hollow hall of warped mirrors
further away from the self evident
away from the omnipresence of choice

to breathe and believe

and realize

'one life to live'
is yet another excerpt in a series of fables
copy and pasted by sub-media's
mind inoculating fleet

the fuck fest is relentlessness
resent this...that

and those ...over there

yet know ye
you are a godly prose
that persistent rose stabbing through the
veil of worldly concrete

conceit is
of quintessence here
self centering is a cozmik balancing act
designed for many surfaces

place your wager towards the middle..bet on you
the white flag cannot not wave its riddle
as long as the soul never wavers

a lifesaver you are indeed becoming

the seed is sown
thoroughly homegrown
as you alone perform the delicate threading
shedding decayed skin to arise a
newly wizened warrior �

steeled and stilled
within the ways of a societal maze
seeking to keep you
forever lost

thus you are found again
in earthly sounds reverberating through the
sacred grounds of you
