Passion's Cause and Effect
Proceleusmatic strains
of ecstasy’s harmonious crescendo,
enraptured, spellbinding moans
Incite desperate, hungry kisses
Author's Note
Based on, one, a feeling that my ardent flare for writing erotic, romantic pieces is starting to rekindle. Two, I couldn't resist using Dictionary.com's word for the day...guess which one it is?😁

I suppose a poet's love for a certain type of metrical foot would still qualify as a foot fetish.

Ha ha! Never considered myself a fetishist but maybe poetry's my obsession.

No, silly, it's "Proceleusmatic." I use ecstasy all the time...one of my favorite words and states of being.😍 I am glad you find the piece sensually inspiring...best kind of inspiration...least it feels best😁

Oh, I'm quite certain the word is "of". ;) Yes, I'm silly...
Thank you for teaching us a new one!
And big words or no, you've arranged them in a most.. pleasing way. Glad your romantic side is kindling... we will all benefit if that's true!

Ding! Ding! Ding! "Of" is indeed the word of the day.❣ I am super pleased that you enjoyed my word arrangement...after all that's our job as poets we're lexical designers😁 I'll try to keep my romantical erotical fire a burn'n. Thank you so much for the read and, as always, stellar comment❣🌹

Dear GW,
🤔
I love me some big word learnin’
And dang! Proceleusmatic, is a big word. I’ve looked up the meaning now I need to find its pronunciation.
Meantime, I enjoyed the nuance of the poem and the erotic suggestion within the write. Just enough edgy. Wonderful write. H🌷

pros-uh-loos-mat-ik easy Perry, ha ha! I am thrilled that you enjoy this piece. I just love that word, "nuance." I find that 'just edgy enough" poems are more erotic sometimes than e full on edgy/graphic pieces. I love reading your comments...well anything you write❣
Re. Passion's Cause and Effect
Not a bad piece to demonstrate your rekindled erotic writing talent. Favourite chunk
spellbinding moans
Incite desperate, hungry kisses
I agree with bcharmed's comment that what's described in the second line of my excerpt could easily be the follow on to the first.
