Pictures in the book

A somewhat skewered meaning.

Grandma sits me on her worldly experienced,
more than a nun's experience of hell,lap,
To soothe my, too young for these blues crap
that's going on.

A somewhat skewered meaning,
to my ever-increasing,crumbling assisting,
denying life existence.

Read to me,I ask grandma to do.
She refuses to.

I cry.
Here I am,crying on my grandma's lap.

She squeezes my tail.
I stop.

Now grandpa's here.
I sit on His lap.

Read to me,he asks me.
I laugh then look at the pictures in the book.
Pictures without words,and make up
stories upon stories,with every picture,
glistening in my world.

Grandma and Grandpa tell me
one day I'll be a great story-teller!

Not so sure.
Says this eighty -seven year old child.
