"Beauty Within"

 I live, I l grow, most importantly I love
Not only family, but the stars gleaming above
I find hope in the trees, silently living in peace
For the peace I strive to find, to find and to keep
This place is a mess full of hate and desire
They say they want to stop it, as they feed the fire
We are all connected in this journey of life
So stop with your guns and put down your knife
Find love in nature and in your neighbors eyes
Lets feed the hungry, lets give and compromise
We need to evolve and realize what is best for you, is best for me
If we all opened our eyes to see the beauty that is awaiting to be seen
Wealth isn't in power, or riches or fame
It's in you, it's in me, the beauty that we are all the same
Stop being so timid and full of pity hate
Love is the answer, for it is our fate
Some say this place is a prison, for maybe so
But we can tear down those walls, and let beauty grow
Let go of your egos, for they are nothing of good
This place is a gift, just being misunderstood
Stop and smell the roses as the old saying goes
For there is beauty within all, and in everything it shows
