amazing
what a simple word
can turn into
once you put it in
an unexpected context
ahhhh...there's
so much unexploited verbiage
and unexplored narratives
to pursue...
and so...i hunt
leaving no stone un-turned
dipping my pen
in exotic inkwell...i stir
unknown elixirs...
with alchemic calligraphy
i flow..
with whatever element
is dominant
within my psych ward
spit fire
spill water
span the wind
or space the earth
i dig...surgically
looking...staring...at one word
until it shafts in my mind
and turns into op-art
then challenge
myself to pull something tangible
outta abstracted thought..
like Nas only needs one mic
all i need is one word to
build and build upon
like unlimited Lego parts...
and let theses take holographic shape
coming together like Voltron
arm
leg

time to double tap the pen
transmogrify that one word and
see where it takes me

The piece as a whole is awesome but damn your 3rd stanza totally hooked me in. I love the infinite possibities.
