Wet Pavement
You see
When the pavement is wet
It gets a little slippery
And when it gets a little wet
It messes with my anxiety
Needing
To remember to breathe
Almost falling
The rain
Can be such a pain
To someone like me
With all it's cleansing beauty

Author's Note
I have issues with my legs when I walk. Especially when it rains outside side and the pavement becomes a little slippery. I feel anxiety...and even if for just an instant, that anxiety causes me to lose control of my legs and I must force myself to stay up right and keep moving. Then causing more anxiety. One day I hope to overcome this.
