Honestly, I thrive in my short but sweet poems...

  I feel that in the past years, I have really and truly evolved as a poet. In the last 6 months I have evolved much as a person, a woman and a poet. Hope you enjoy the reads...💜

How I got started as a poet:

  My grade school teacher as a child, was real strict but his love for poetry strong. He taught us about poetry and even had us write our own from time to time. I was a part of a poetry compitition and recited a poem in front of a crowd. Since then i've always had an interest in writing poetry.
