Erupted Heart
She reaches for her throat,
Blazing fire scorching through...
Something is terribly wrong,
Her heart just erupted...
Bloody tears pouring down her face,
All strength leaving her.
She claws at her chest,
Ripping skin,
Letting the blood drop.
With such pain,
She drags herself to the mirror...
She peers at her chest,
And looks at her erupted heart...
It looks like only chunks of what was there...
Dripping... pieces deliberately slipping out...
She looks at it with mortification...
Her breath shortening...
Her eyes becoming heavy...
She slowly lays down...
The pain had already settled in... numbing her...
The gaping hole in her chest...
A scar forever to be remembered...
As the deafening silence of pain had covered her whole...
