Evening's Edge

Evening's Edge

1.

No sooner
than
the fallen
sign,

"All dogmas
slain today,"
had landed
but then

it simply
replaced itself
without reinventing
a single step.

2.

Over
and over,
she fell
over the edge;

what else
was the point
of edging,
really!
