LONG LOST BABY DADDY
It’s been a time
Since I’ve asked for your help
The first time was when
Our son was three weeks old
Omg he’s going to die
You hadn’t been with
me for some time
We lolly-gagged
At my sister’s house
Our baby waked me up
We were too young
You said you’d be here
And you were
Like the dust
Nobody remembers,
but it somehow
Disappears
And then you were gone
It’s been 18 years
I don’t know why
But I still
Believe.
