Devotional Radicals
Little Kenny Dewitt was barely 5 years old when he found out by his parents that his heart was wicked
His parents were religious fanatics, who read the good book each and every hour
They isolated little Harry from the rest of the world
His father worked on the farm producing milk & meat to sell in town
His mother was a stay at home mom, strict and overbearing
Many of the locals didn't even know Harry Sack existed
His parents taught him that in order to be faithful to the lord, you must do what we say or want
Harry was given chores from...

Babuska's sarmale
In a snowy Romanian village, during Christmas cheer,
my Babuska spun tales, both delightful and queer.
The tradition was sarmale, a savory delight,
Cabbage wrapped treasures, cooked all through the night.
Meat and rice nestled in leaves so green,
simmered in tomato, a feast so serene.
But woven in laughter and holiday charms
were Babuska’s stories with their quirky alarms:
"Behave well, dear children, lest you wish to be seen
in the pot with the sarmale, simmering and lean."
The children would giggle, eyes...

Autumn of My Years
Autumn of My Years
Gold leaf tumbles down
In late November
Falls into to the home
Of Family Dinner
Turkey Bird of a Day
And Football mixed in
16 to 18 strong
Tucked into a Rowhouse
With eatin tables
For the children
Even when I grew up
Wanted to sit with them
Watching a Dolphin
Sitting in the Snow
Leon please don’t Lett
The Ball Go
Halftime Approaches
Now comes the best part
First one out the door
With a Pigskin on Palm

Violence and Sex
She hated violence and sex
She believed to much of it was ruining our youth
She made sure her two sons aged 11 & 14 weren't exposed to this smut anywhere in life
She has a drinking problem
Often, she would monitor their phones, their friends, their music and tv
They went to church every Sunday
They carried & read the good book everywhere they went
Their father left them when they were very young
They were altar boys at their church
One night their mother drove to the church to pick up her children
She was obliterated
Her outfit...

Ass & Ass
Kids in the front room laughing, giggling and jumping
While hard dick in their mama I was steadily pumping
She was trying with every fiber of her being not to make a sound
But she failed miserably, because she was vacationing in poundtown
I’m trying to get the pussy proper, but they keep fucking with shit
Yelling over their mama moans to motherfuckin quit
The crash in the living room fucked up my stroke
For her babies she knew there will be no hope
Pulled out the pussy and put on my draws
The little motherfuckas got quite when they heard me...

A Bright Future Lies Ahead
Mother & father
raising their son & daughter
growing them up just like you
their future floats dead in the water

Love, Mom
I see you, my daughter.
Your pain is valid.
I hear you, my child.
Your voice, when ragged.
I support you, my girl.
No matter your plight.
You are my world.
Wrong or right.
When you are shunned.
You are not abandoned.
When you are wronged.
You are defended.
Life can make you feel alone.
On those days try to remember.
You are never on your own.
You belong to me forever.
Love

The tide has change
Now here we are in a new light of what is truth, before our eyes 👁️ that can move us, towards a different kind of pressure release of the negative, effects that had us imprisoned in mind and heart and spiritual soul. As it affected us in ways that not even words can explain, yet here we are still alive and blessed, to be able to share our joy and happiness and strength together as one nation under GOD ALMIGHTY. 😇 For sure he saw the chaos and drama and confusion, and madness that we had to face of the senseless. Killings and Murders that seems to have no regrets...

Kids, don't try this at home
He had seen on TV
An execution by hanging
Curious he was, he tried
How it is to hang
Execution means dying
Hanging is not a game
Execution means dying
He won't do it again
It was just a funny game
This caused his own death

Ofrenda
My father’s ashes sit on my sister’s windowsill
Along with other family members overlooking the yard
And whenever I visit on festive occasions
I make sure I have a drink
With a slight nod and toast to him
In honor of his memory
So I think…
Maybe when my time comes
And my kids and grandkids put my picture out
I’d want them to remember our times
As they read some of my poetry
Giggling while reading them rhymes
Then I’ll come across the bridge
Smelling the food and hearing them laugh
And I’ll say - laugh because...

Rocket Red Glare
Rocket Red glare
Baby just out the oven
She says grab a rifle
Small precious mirrors
Of our sins
Bathing in the school halls
Of our own blood
How did we approach
This moment for our kids
God is watching
All these hypocrites
She should be playing
With a sparkle pony
Instead momma
Says grab the shotgun
Fireworks spark a fire
In Indian lands
Carved into our narrative
Four stone heads
Standing above the land
