Eagle

From the Western realm
the eagle fly
its span of wings
engulf the sky
its might
shown in its gimlet eyes
like beacon from above

The eastern trepidation
from deep within
its pounding heart
its wish to know
and understand
the cold divining mind
to be one still
or mix its blood
with foreign tinge

The eagles meet on high
the eyes do meet
the feathers brush
the claws of might
do strongly clash
And above the blue
the warm tropical sea
they mate

You and I upon this bed
spent at last
the last sigh made
tangled like the vines
in tropical virgin jungles
drowsy  from our flight
in skies of pleasure
My lover from the Northern Realm
and I, of the tropical earth.
