Cabbages And Hamhocks

    There are many types of stock pots and even crock pots, but, use them according to the quantity of food within size there of. This one I'm about to discuss is the Imusa Pot 32qt. Pot. Here's ingredients needed for this ah cool!
 
Ingredients:
 
(80) 4LB. Pack of Hamhocks(Pork Hocks)
40 Green Cabbages
1 sharp knife, 1 cutting board(LARGE),
And 50 sticks of butter
 
-This is no lie for this pot size, and, can be purchased at Ralph's Grocery Store too for $39.99. This is the real seasoning quantity size!
 
Seasonings:
 
-6,000 teaspoons of Penzy's Hebes de Province Seasoning
- 6,000 teaspoons of Black Peppercorn Seasoning
-6,000 teaspoons of Organic Onion Powder Seasoning
-6,000 teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
-6,000 teaspoons of Cinnamon Sugar Seasoning
 
-Again this is exact quantity and that's, because, this is one big huge ass pot this 32qt. Imusa. It's truly a steam pot, but, remove the steamer and quantity cook like me. If not, it comes with directions for steaming 26 vegetables and even meats, like chicken, lamb, and pork as well. Other than that, do this the way I'm about to ah show u.
 
-Cooking Instructions For Imusa 32qt. Pot:  
 
If u don't have steamer removed from pot, remove steamer from pot and lay off to the ah side away from stove and cabinet area. Next, put pot upon stove over stove eye. Next take cutting board and knife and put upon counter next to stove near pot. Next, combine all seasonings for pot and put within pot. Next for all 40 cabbages, u will put cabbage upon cutting board bracing with none cutting hand directly in front of u(In Front Of The Body Is Also A Correct Saying). Spread fingers as u hold from opposite side of cutting hand. Take knife with cutting hand and angle slanted over cabbage over the center point crossing the body and slice downward pulling toward u(Toward The Body This Also Be Ah Said). U will slice cabbage directly in half. Take cabbage half held with none cutting hand and lay upon cutting board seeing hand held part sitting up top before releasing hand. Next, turn other half the same way for time consumption(Speed Of Prepping For Time Accuracy Upon Cooking)! Next with cabbage lain upon split side, lay fingers closed upon 2 inches from the center laying directly upon the body. Next, angle knife directly over the center of cabbage and cut downward pulling toward u. This will slice that in half. Put knife down for a minute! Take those halves and put back together, but, turn them around using both hands. Hold close with none cutting hand only and move hand two inches away from that new center point. Keep held and grab knife and put within cutting hand. Angle knife directly over new center point of cabbage and slice downward pulling toward u. Next, put knife down and separate cabbage leaves from each other putting them within pot of seasonings. Some cooks I've seen separate them and lay them upon cutting board away from the central cutting area, until, it looks like there's no more room upon cutting board. Then, they add this to the ah pot returning to cut more until all have been cut according to quantity size for pot recommended. If u feel u should do this this way, go ahead I started like that too cooking. Next, u have one more cabbage half. U use the same cutting method I ah just ah showed u for this one too. With there being 40 cabbages, u will have 80 halves after first slice. Use this method for all 40 and the other method for all 80 now halved cabbages and put within pot of seasonings. Next, u have (80) 4LB. Packs of Ham hocks(Pork Hocks) needed within this ah quantity of cooking. U will open all 80 (4LB.) Packs and put into pot over cabbages. After all have been put within pot, take both hands and press food down within as far as pot and air pressure there of will ah let u. Remove hands out of pot and take cutting board and knife and put within dish washer. If have not one just set aside out the way or put within sink. Also if Ham hocks are frozen, remove from packs and put within a 5 Xtra Large Bowl and then add cold tap water over till about 3/4ths full. Let thaw out for 45 minutes, then, remove water so u can add to the pot when ready. Moving along we ah continue. Next after that, put water within pot up to 3/4ths full height from bottom of pot. Next, turn stove eye under pot on a low fire flame and allow to cook for 2 hours and also, this is why I ah tell u this. Those hocks by themself upon a boil is 1 hour and 45 minutes upon that same eye flame. The cabbages are 2 hours upon that same eye flame and that is an iron pot. U want to cook according to the time frame of the two which is greater. It's not gone hurt another 15 minutes upon those hammocks. Some people cook them separately and then, they add them together within another pot. If that fits u, do it. I know how they ah roll together in quantity to pot add for cooking. Next as the food cook, stir pot of food every 30 minutes until done. 60 minutes into cook, u add all 50 sticks of butter. Listen, I know that seems like a lot, but, that's an iron pot and that butter gone melt and merge within that food. That Iron Pot Gets Hot!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to heat to water evaporation of cooking, add any additional water to pot keeping pot at 3/4ths full pot size until done. And again, the cook is 2 hours upon a low fire flame over stove eye. U have that stove eye any higher that food gone show u, when u wrong. It will start talking threw u before first bite. I'm Sandals(Birchel Devon Robinson) now and I'm Originally from Forest, Mississippi! I'm in So Cali(Southern California) now. I ain't forgot what my elders taught and myself too. And, I'm not gone change how I am and my ah thoughts upon this cook. Here's some Emojis: Chicken, rooster, duck, hen, peacock, pork anything sliced, is 1 hour and 45 minutes on a low fire flame boiled and being simmered, unless, it's pre-cooked.
