Har Megiddo (הר מגידו)
Har Megiddo הר מגידו
In the time that is yet to come
on an ancient battle plane,
Har Megiddo is the chosen one
that has been foretold to be the place.
The word will be the weapon
that cleanses all that has become profane,
this coming will be the second
heralding the dawn of the final change.
The warriors are carefully chosen,
light and dark are the sides they claim,
the ranks filled with the denizen,
the losses will be a woeful shame.
Where will you be at this time,
will the mark of darkness be displayed?
Hopefully I will be beyond this wartime,
not witness to how humanity has fallen and decayed.

I tell my best friend that I am overflowing with useless knowledge and she tell me(like you) that she learns from me all the time and that I am brilliantly mad lol, also that my knowledge is not useless if others learn from it.I guess so...

Splendid write! Very timely for Christians! The line, "The word will be the weapon", Makes quite an impression being someone who follows politics!

I suppose so Jazz, especially coming from a bonafide card carrying heathen lolol I believe in many things, just not the way bible thumping fire and brimstone Christians do. Glad you liked it.

Well thank you so much you are too gracious, I know to many this type of piece is not "their cup of tea" so to speak, but I feel, we, as writers should able to write(studiously so) about any and everything.

'tis a good quote dear scribe. The best advice my elders gave when I but just a little thing was ... Know something about everything & Everything about something ...this type of write is just my cup of tea, little finger crooked of course (((LOL)))
