Thanks...I am trying to forget that last night I spent almost 30 dollars for movie tickets for two! Actually this poem was SUPPOSE to be about the Los Angeles Dodgers now being partially owned by Magic Johnson!

My first 13 years were spent in LA. I was part of the Dodger-Pepsi fan club. I think the O'Malley family did a pretty good job. Then McCourt stopped with the family oriented promotions and was in divorce court.
It seems like NBA mega stars don't typically do so well with coaching or management because they expect a level of behavior that others can't obtain. With the sport being baseball, hopefully Magic will do okay. Interesting that the team that brought up Jackie Robinson is involved here! Kareem loves baseball so maybe he will do something (perhaps a book, he has written something like 16!)
