I Did It
The highway hums beneath me
As the miles fade in the rearview.
I'm on the way up from hell,
With the devil nipping at my heels.
The darkness will come as it always does,
But I grow stronger every day.
My faith is different in these times,
And I've taken up my sword and shield.
My eyes are full of twinkling stars
And the whole world is my sky.
