Should We Tolerate People Who Do Wrong Things?
Why do gays want heterosexuals to tolerate them?
Same-sex marriage is definitely an unnatural thing.
You should have sex with someone of the opposite sex.
Gays do not think they are doing the wrong thing,
But insane people cannot tell right from wrong.
No sensible person would tolerate the lifestyle of gays.
Honest answers cannot come from dishonest people,
But I suppose you will allow me to ask some questions.
Do you honestly tolerate kidnappers?
Do you honestly tolerate sex slavery?
Do you honestly tolerate police brutality?
Do you honestly tolerate thieves?
Do you honestly tolerate murderers?
Do you honestly tolerate rapists?
Do you honestly tolerate dictators?
Do you honestly tolerate exploiters?
Do you honestly tolerate child molesters?
No, you certainly do not tolerate these things,
And neither do you tolerate these kinds of people.
You strongly feel that these acts are wrong.
Even if you have done any of these vile things,
You will not tolerate it when someone else does it.
So do you regard sodomy and lesbianism as wrong?
If you honestly do, would you tolerate gays?
Any honest person wants to answer, be my guest.

That is a dishonest comment, but I am not surprised. You do not tolerate any of these people or things except gays. If someone kidnapped your daughter and raped her, would you tolerate the person?

if you can find what it is in yourself that makes you uncomfortable with gay people, focus on it. it will be the key to understanding your own damage.

As I understand it DU welcomes different views, we are after all a large community. So your opinions are welcome
personally I find them very juvenile, you lack basic understanding of the topics you write about. it makes you look a bit of a fool, but that's ok I do the same myself sometimes
also : " I think he does protest too much" springs to mind. perhaps you hate yourself because you find men attractive. which is absolutely fine.
learn to love yourself, accept yourself, your flaws, warts and all, then maybe you can learn to love other people

I didn't ask you for any help. You are entitled to your opinion as well as I am. You read a poem that asks questions and you arrived at this foolish conclusion. Feedback doesn't equal insult. A composition that is written in general terms is not to be taken personally. I sympathize with you for not being wise enough to see this.
