I don't know if my self consciousness has ever allowed me to be completely at peace I am either conscious of my own feelings or that of others... there is an odd thing dearest RT where in I begged for another lifetime and a brand new body and the spirit asked me would I be kinder to the new body he told me my body changed according to my perceptions of that in essence it was me that ruined my new party dress... I don't know that's just one example I am self conscious... something to think about in any case... that we draw to us our own personal hell... thought provoking write ❤️
