Depression is always there for me,
Depression never leaves,
Depression never questions me,
Depression always agrees,
Depression tells me late at night it will be ok,
Depression says just take the blade and cut the pain away,
Depression always comforts me,
Depression makes me feel better,
Depression says take your feelings and write them in a letter,
Give it to your family so they might finally see,
The only one ever there for you has been me,
Depression tells me keep cutting soon it will all be over,
Depression says almost there just keep your composure,
Depression has caused me to do this can't anyone see,
It has always been just depression, and me.
