Online Lovers
There are those
relationships
that grow flowers
in the cracks
of city streets.
And there are those
that grow
as bonsai,
high
on the sides
of mountain tops
because
they unwisely fall
into that phantom zone
between the dawn
of civilization
and the sunset
of humankind.

It is definitely a category of expression.
We see lists of body parts, styles of play, melodies of touch....
Online, digital, and cyber play all have distinct parameters....
Quadriplegics who operate a wheelchair life through a straw are no less sexy.
Those disenfranchised around the world by obstacles are no less worthy.
Those beset with cosmic shyness, undue pain, geographic barriers....
I know people who live in the same house who never talk or touch...
However people work out their stuff, more power...

I really like this, though I would, at times, argue, though other times completely agree, about how unwise the falling is. As you mentioned to Missy above, people have different ways to work out their stuff. I enjoyed the writing in this.

Exactly.....I think this is one of the central things pushing our cultures simultaneously.
We've broken ranks as a species with duality as usual. Because we no longer can deny our diversity as normal, we are risking our future identification.
We have to let go of the seeming safety of binary gender ideas and see ourselves as an intense cornucopia of rearranged hydrocarbons.
We can see the pantheon of confrontations as becomg resolved as paradoxes. We used to reject what we now preach. Homosapiens are growing up.
