All about the flows!

I've been writing for three decades plus, why is it d'you suppose, I can't write poems that don't rhyme see it's all about the flows,
The balance of the syllables does bring that steady beat, be it there in print upon the page, or performing on the street,
As you strive to make your mark, an urban legend spitting bars,and now the sky's the limit,write your name there in the stars,
Now people recognise you when they pass you everyday, n stop a while in case you've something new you wanna say,
Before long you'll be writing 'bout the time and place you rose, biographical account that screams,'it's all about the flows'
So you went from good to better and brought fire to the game, and every time you hit the street seems people knew your name,
But you made sure you stayed levelled and as everybody knows, you never lost sight of the fact,'it's all about the flows '.
