The Crack Life
I'm living the Crack-Life and playing the game,
My peers around me all doing the same,
I wake every morning and reach for the Bong*,
Old habits die hard when you're doing it so long,
Had my share of heartache and Crack induced tears,
Been living the Crack-Life for thirty odd years,
Had my share of good times but bad times way more,
This Crack-Life has tightened it's grip that's for sure,
I'm living the Crack-Life and doing the do,
I bet you're sat off somewhere living it too,
Dark rings round my eye's cause I can't get to sleep,

All about the flows!
I've been writing for three decades plus, why is it d'you suppose, I can't write poems that don't rhyme see it's all about the flows,
The balance of the syllables does bring that steady beat, be it there in print upon the page, or performing on the street,
As you strive to make your mark, an urban legend spitting bars,and now the sky's the limit,write your name there in the stars,
Now people recognise you when they pass you everyday, n stop a while in case you've something new you wanna say,
Before long you'll be writing 'bout the time and place you rose, biographical...

Procrastination
You need to quit procrastinating, time that you got yourself clean,
Book that return ticket from Hell and those places in between,
Why do today what can be put off doing til tomorrow,
That's always been your saying, but it brought to you much sorrow,
So adopt a brand new way of life and make good on the vow,
That you'll not put off anymore what you can do right now,
Although you've got your whole damn life to live, still time is running out,
And you'll have a better life if you get clean, without a doubt,
Procrastination it's the cowards way,...

Girl On A Ball
Would you focus upon what it is that you see, is it balance, agility or grace within me?
That captures the attention of those that look on, take your eye off the ball in a n heartbeat it's gone,
Let me now entertain you as my trapeze it soars, and I'll land on my feet to most thunderous applause,
Then some guy with a paint brush will capture it all, in a painting worth millions they'll hang on the wall,
Or behind glass in some gallery for people to gaze, but what of the story it tells of those day's,

Time To Pay The Piper
It's time to pay the piper and to realise no man wins,
As you face the consequences for your many mortal sins,
As you stand to face your judgement with the scales of justice weighed,
As you stand to hear the verdict I'm quite sure you are afraid,
But it's time to pay the piper and there's nothing you can do,
And if you're wondering how I know so much Iv'e paid the piper too,
For the many self indulgences I frequently embraced,
And the cost of which was vast when consequences they were faced,
But there's nothing that comes surer, for his rules must be...

Smiling Assassins
Of notice or warning there's never a trace,
For assassin's they come with a smile on their face,
At the breaking of dawn or the dead of the night,
Though you fear their arrival they're nowhere in sight,
And they've carefully crafted their art and their style,
And the only disguise they come wearing's a smile,
When they hold out their hand, kind of knocks you off track,
As you turn 'round to find there's a knife in your back,
Then the coroner ruled in an open- shutshut case,
When assassin's came wearing a smile on their face.

The Plains Of Megiddo.
As the sun turns blood Red in a dark empty sky,
On the plains of Megiddo 4 horsemen ride by,
Of biblical proportions, much blood to be spilled,
Revelations played out and prophecies fulfilled,
Then along the horizon God's angels I seen,.
As mankind wished that somehow the slate they could clean,
But the Earth's being flooded by the tears angel's cried,
As the dead and the living they stand side by side,
As the falsest of prophets does rise from the East,
And he carries three sixes,the mark of the beast,
And the rivers run Red with the blood...
