Brain Play

 

I know everything about something --
I researched it for hours;
took a deep dive into it
with hyperfocus powers.

I learned a million details
on my little study break,
completely unrelated
to the test I have to take.

I read a bunch of articles
and watched some videos.
My knowledge of the topic
is extensive now, I s’pose.

This rabbit hole of internet
was candy for my brain,
with dopamine aplenty
soothing math-inflicted pain.

I’m sure it will be useful
so you shouldn’t be upset;
I know everything about something --
what’s that something? I forget.
