Oasis

I am with you in an exotic dream,
We landed on an isolated island,  
There is a calm blue water lake,  
Surrounded by palm trees.
Blue skies are down in the lake,
The birds are nesting around,  
Paradise is down on earth,
We play, love and fund all day,  
We are away from daily stress,    
Nothing is to fear and fall prey,  
Life is filled with spirit and joy,  
The light of love disappeared,  
I cried and a lake filled with tears,
Birds no longer sing a love song,  
They abandoned and flew away,  
The oasis is deserted and desolated,  
I have been left there alone to cry,
My dream broke, and I woke up.
