Under a Maxfield Parish Sky

Under a Maxfield Parish Sky

Transfixed
On the edge
Of an open sky

The loom
Woven
Lips
Of expression
Sigh.

Breathless
Now,
Their
Maxfield Parish
Trimmings
Frame
Perfections
In the eye.

To see
The whole
In just
One faint
Elaborated
Canvas

Calls
The world
To see itself
As something new,
A Sunset's
Agapanthus.
