“Dear Lord, I pray n’ wish for might
to gain the strength of proper light

To wield of ink released from pen
succinct in thought, again n’ again

To achieve a level, flow error free
beguiling an audience, the wit of me

In his honor I praise thee name
Oh lord, aid this hand to perfect ink’s stain…”
