I don't require oil
I need not go to a mechanic
So please don't panic
Cause im transgender
Not a transmission.
No one likes when the tranny....
Blows in the car.
But I've never had my partners complain.

Fuck u guys know how make a girl feel good bout her writing i hide behind my comedy I do stand up so making fun of being called a tranny was a must for me

Nice to meet you, I'm Al!
Firstly, welcome to DU! You're nearly at your one month anniversary, yaaay! It's absolutely fantastic that you've joined us here, I read a couple of your poems and I can see that you're going to fit in perfectly! Ching Ching to a long long stay!
Secondly, Congratulations, on your transition! Love this special time in your life.
Thirdly, I saw you posted this poem in the critique group, looking for some assistance. I then realized absolutely no one jumped in and worked on it with you? I'd be really happy to do that, if that is something you'd like. It is a brilliant part of your journey, it conveys your message well and has what I call "raw grit and real life" on the page. So yes, if you would like to rip it, edit the hell out of it and make it sit on your page so that it makes you feel like going, "God Damn! This is what I wanted!" well then yes we can do that! (It would be process though!)
