Stained
In burnt wicks

Incense sticks
In smoke soaked meditations
Awaiting expansions
Of respirations
Evoked in lunar
Sonar -
Sent to lunacy
Induced
Lycanthropy
Beyond
Sanity
&
Insanity
Maybe even
Beyond depravity
&
Gravity even.

A lot going on in this poem. Lycanthropy, wicks, lunar sonar.
Loved the whole journey of it. Lots of pics flashed through my mind while reading.
And I love the pic. Also loved how you don't have the word mermaid but with the pic - in a way implied - maybe?
Being an Aquarius I love anything to do with water - especially mermaids!!!!
