With my desires
Harboured in the shadows
Eager to escape
You twisted them
To fit your needs
Used then thrown away
Shattered and broken
Can't take the hurt
That is piercing my soul
Understanding a blade
Against my skin
Gives me a moment
Of numbing peace
Before the tears
Bleed from my eyes
Once again

Unfortunately, in life you run across people who are users. With experience you hope to learn to see the tell-tale signs. Your poem coneys the hurt, but like other things time will help heal the wound provided you don't hurt yourself permanently. Keep the hope and keep your heart open, you will find someone to share your curiousity.

Thank you and I believe I have found someone extremely understanding who is willing to listen to me and help me explore me curiosities.
